Product Details
The odourless, water-based anti-spatter spray with cleaning and degreasing effect can be used for all common welding applications from MIG/MAG welding to laser cutting. The easy-to-apply emulsion prevents the adhesion of weld spatters in both wet and dry state and protects workpieces, welding nozzles and welding accessories during the machining process.
Contaminations such as swarf, machining oils, light anti-corrosion oils or coolants from sawing machines can be removed easily and effectively with E-WELD 3 before the welding process. The clean surface can then be welded directly.
The ingredients form a barrier between the workpiece and the spatters and provide temporary corrosion protection for all weldable metals. The metal sheets can be easily zinc-coated or varnished immediately after the welding process..
In laser cutting, it offers the advantage of avoiding the formation of slag at the laser's injection point and of being able to remove soot more easily. A reworking of the cutting edges is not necessary.
