Cutting Coolant milky
Cutting Coolant milky is a water-miscible non-labelled cutting coolant with high cooling effect, excellent lubrication performance, good corrosion protection, and a wide range of applications (can also be applied in CNC centres). It is extremely low-foaming – also in soft waters. In compliance with TRGS 611. It can i.a. be sued for machining processes with a defined cutting edge. Materials from aluminium and aluminium alloys to steel and steel alloys to grey cast iron in the metalworking industry are no problem for the product. Its excellent lubricating effect helps accelerate work processes. Its outstanding surface compatibility makes it universally applicable. The risk of breakage and the danger of overheating or bonding on the tools are greatly reduced. You will not only obtain an excellently machined work piece, also tool service lives will be extended, and working times and costs will be reduced.

Machining, cutting, sawing, drilling, grinding, cutting off, turning, milling, and thread-cutting can be done without any problems. Also non-ferrous metals and aluminium and materials that are difficult to machine, such as stainless steel, grey cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron, and malleable iron, can be processed using the coolant.
Cutting Coolant milky is water-miscible and offers a high cooling effect and good corrosion protection. The product is extremely low-foaming and very well applicable in processing.
