PROLAQ Compact

Manual cleaning system for flow cup guns and guns with external material supply.
The PROLAQ Compact can be used flexibly for the cleaning of small to medium-sized items. The system works without electricity and features a flow brush, a compressed air gun and a funnel for draining the gun.
The unique 3-stage treatment with coarse filter, sedimentation tank and fine filter extends the cleaners’ service life.
The enormous efficiency of the device guarantees cost savings in comparison to conventional devices.

The sturdy plastic (PE) device features an ergonomic design and high stability. The technical module is low-maintenance and features an AODD pump and a compressed air connection. With the compressed air gun, the varnishing tools can be dried after cleaning. Actuating the foot switch transports the cleaning fluid through the flow brush for removing varnish residues from paint guns, hoses, paintbrushes and paint rollers.
Remaining varnish residues can be removed from the paint gun fast and easily through the drain in the bottom. The varnish residues gather in the stabilization basin, and the cleaner is reprocessed by the double filter. The varnish residues can then be removed from the sedimentation basin with a cloth.

The mobility of the PROLAQ Compact makes changing workplaces easy. The system can be used in for explosion-proof areas, thus saving costs. Using the PROLAQ L 100 and PROLAQ L 500 cleaners in combination with the PROLAQ Compact makes the work process easier and contributes to making work more efficient.
