It features good defoaming properties but is completely free from silicone, which means there will be no adverse effects on downstream processes such as varnishing or pasting. It can be used in different pH ranges.

Bio-Circle Defoamer silicone-free has been specifically developed for the water-based Bio-Circle cleaning agents. Since it contains no silicone, it will not impair downstream processes such as varnishing or coating. This makes it the ideal choice for applications in various production processes.

Field of application
Developed for use in automatic washing systems. Prevents foam wherever it is not desired. In order to benefit from the full defoaming effect, the working temperature should not exceed 80 °C/176°F.
Usage
Just add Defoamer silicone-free to the cleaning fluid, at a concentration of 0.5%. Mix briefly by hand or have the device run for a few minutes, checking foaming behaviour. If necessary, adjust concentration by adding another dose until the desired foaming behaviour has been achieved. Typical concentrations are between 0.5 and 3%.
